hospital�s doctor among 7 arrested for illegal trading of human organ in Peshawar

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Tuesday busted a gant allegedly involved in illegal transplantation of human organs.

The team of the FIA following information concerning illegal transplant of kidney raided a private hospital in tehsil Pabbi of district Nowshera in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP)

Earlier in April, the investigation agency had busted a gang and lodged first-ever under the Human organ transplant Act (HOTA) against 2 doctor, 2 foreign nationals and 2 organ donors.

As per the details,During the raid, the police arrested a specialist of Hayat Medical complex (HMC), peshawar Abdul Aziz and his seven assistants once they were engaged within the transplanting process at the hospital.
